• Return Satchel for convenient return (not applicable for free local pick-up/drop-off option)

Hire Details

Select your desired dispatch date and we will send the machine on that date. Please remember to allow sufficient time for distribution and shipping:

Standard Post 3-11 days

Express Post 1-7 days

In-person collection is also available from Hollywell 4216, free of charge.

Extensions

If you need to extend your hire period, simply email us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Terms and Conditions for Hiring our TENS Machine:

1. Your hired TENS machine will include all necessary items for use, such as 4 unused electrode pads, lead wires, and fresh batteries

2. A user guide with clear instructions on how to operate your TENS machine will be provided with your hire.

3. Do not use the TENS machine before 37 weeks of pregnancy, on your abdomen or head, near water, or around children. Avoid using a TENS machine if you have a pacemaker, heart disease, or epilepsy.

4. Always consult with your healthcare provider to ensure the TENS machine is suitable for you. Use it only under the guidance and recommendation of your medical care provider.

5. Our maximum liability is limited to the hire fee you have paid.

6. It is your responsibility to return the TENS machine along with all accessories provided (except used electrode pads).

7. If the TENS machine or accessories are returned damaged due to misuse or accident, you will be charged a repair or replacement fee of $220. If the machine is lost or stolen, you will be required to reimburse the full replacement cost.

8. The TENS machine must be returned within 14 days after birth using the return satchel provided, or if you selected the collection option, drop off to be made to the collection address.

9. Please do not clean the item prior to returning. We use special anti-bacterial products on our equipment after each use.

10. To avoid any issues during labour, it’s recommended that you practice using the TENS machine a few times beforehand to ensure you are familiar with its operation.
